Daniel Larson has made a career of delivering required real estate education for +20 years. He started as a trainer for Kaplan Professional Schools in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and moved to Florida in 2013, to build a brand in his own name. When the pandemic shut down live courses, he "threw" everything online, and we just kept going. In recent years we've been painstakingly improving our on demand systems, removing friction, speeding and smoothing content delivery, and adding known sales and broker licensing exam content.

At this point, we are confident that, between our Sample Questions and our FastPass exams, we're covering everything on the sales and broker PearsonVUE licensing exams. Everything else is just there as bonus.

• The end result. Yes, many students want to learn as much as possible, but keep the end-goal in mind — getting licensed, and staying licensed, as quickly and as friction-free as is possible.

• Beginning-to-end support. Some students go through the purchase, course, certification, and exam pass process without ever talking to us. That’s fine, but we can cover everything A-to-Z, and we’ve seen it all.
