Course writing and instructional design
Licensing, post-licensing, continuing education, exam preparation, workbooks, questions, explanations, and supporting materials.
Daniel Larson Training develops its own Florida-focused licensing, Post-Licensing, continuing education, and exam-prep materials. Courses, study tools, and FastPass resources are built around Florida requirements from the start.

Daniel has spent more than two decades in real estate education — teaching licensing material, training instructors and agents, writing course content, building exam-prep systems, and translating rules into something students can actually use.
Before Daniel Larson Training, that work included national training leadership with Kaplan, involvement in Larson Educational Services, classroom instruction, publishing, and years of working directly with students preparing for Florida licensing and renewal requirements.
“Understand what matters. Finish what is required. Prepare intelligently. Move on with your career.”
The school did not start with a template and a question bank. It grew out of years spent teaching, writing, organizing, and improving real estate education.

The format can change. The standard does not.
Clear explanations beat unnecessary complexity. The course should help you find the rule, understand it, and know why it matters.
Read, listen, watch, practice, review, or use FastPass. The system should give you tools without forcing one format on everyone.
When a student has a question, they should be able to reach someone who understands the course and the licensing path — not a generic support queue.
Pre-license, Post-Licensing, and CE have regulatory requirements. That does not mean the material has to feel disconnected from actual practice.
Questions are more useful when explanations show why an answer works and where your weak areas actually are.
Rules, licensing procedures, technology, and industry practice change. Course material should be able to change with them.

“When you have questions, Daniel will be available — actually Daniel — not a customer service person.”
