Math is often the biggest source of "test anxiety," but here’s the reality: it only represents about 10% of the Florida Real Estate Exam. With a passing score of 75, you can technically miss every single math question and still pass with room to spare. I see it every day: students spending 50% of their study time on math formulas when math only makes up 10% of the state exam. If you’re stressing over T-bars and prorations, you’re focusing on the wrong thing. In Florida, you can get 25 questions wrong and still walk out with your license. The math section is usually just 6–10 questions. Even if you aren't a "math person," those few questions are not enough to fail you.

Don't Let the Math "Tail" Wag the Dog

The state exam is 100 questions. 90% of that exam is Law, Principles, and Practices. That is where the battle is won or lost.
